In this day and age there are investment opportunities everywhere but at Endeavor Properties we take a different approach to investing: we focus on getting you the highest return possible.   We do not build in ancillary fees or nickel and dime the investor. We strive to maintain a lean business model keeping our overhead to a minimum thereby maximizing returns.  We also want to be an avenue for all to have the opportunity to invest by keeping our minimum investment amounts relatively modest, often around $10,000.   

We focus on 'value add' properties, those that are underutilized in their current state and can be improved by maximizing their income, minimizing the expenses, or both; as well as enhancing a properties value by determining highest and best use through redevelopment.  After years of analyzing residential and commercial properties of all types we are well versed in optimizing the specific properties potential and its investment return.  

Whether you are interested in investing through a 1031 exchange, Opportunity Zone, or just want to take advantage of the many tax incentives Real Estate has to offer we have opportunities that will suit your needs.  We have done projects, or have projects available, that take advantage of these various tax incentives as well as others including the Tax Abatement program and the Historic Tax Credit Improvement Act (HTCIA); we work with lawyers, brokers, and CPAs that are knowledgeable in these areas and are all ways to help you get the most out of your investment and keep more money in your pocket.
